About
As an experienced rescuer Casey Carter, started Rock City Rescue in 2012, and since then the group has rescued more than 250 pets. The organization operates a network of volunteers that help rescue, rehabilitate, foster, and find homes for dogs in needs from pounds all over the rural South. The dogs are often rescued from the kill lists, often at animal control facilities with very high kill rates. Rock City Rescue is the last hope for many dogs.
