The mission of Project Homeless Connect is to bridge the gap between homeless San Franciscans and the services and support they need. The Project believes in the strength of the community and collaborates with area businesses, city agencies, and other organizations to help those who find themselves homeless or at risk of soon finding themselves living on the streets.
