About
Lifeblood is the Memphis area's only nonprofit volunteer blood organization and is committed to addressing the needs of patients, healthcare centers and professionals, and the community in general by building extraordinary connections between volunteer donors and Lifeblood's caring workers. Lifeblood continues to supply more than 100,000 units of blood and blood items for local patient transfusion. The organization's objective is to eliminate the need to depend on other communities for blood donations. Through a focus on community donation centers and by scheduling many mobile blood campaigns, Lifeblood makes donating blood easy and beneficial for all involved.
