About
With its concern a group of local citizens who wanted to find a way to care for the Kenai River watershed. For over 15 years, the organization has been growing and developing its programs to now include the whole Kenai Peninsula. KWF works on restoring up to 15 streams annually, leads numerous research projects, and reaches out to thousands of children each year with its Adopt-A-Stream program. Its Kenai River Festival celebrates Kenai watersheds each year and brings in more than 10,000 visitors. With your help, the organization will continue to grow and care for Kenai and its precious watersheds.
