Citizens Caring for Children provides children living in foster care with material, emotional, and intellectual support. To meet the unique needs of children and young adults in foster care in Central Oklahoma, Citizens Caring for Children operates a Resource Center as well as Mentor Programs. Citizens Caring for Children plants the seeds for a brighter future for children and young adults in foster care.
