About
Children of the Americas aims to bring much-needed medical services to children and families living in rural Guatemala. The organization's team of medical and surgical volunteers assess the needs of these children and provided on the site services in Central America. Children of the Americas also works with other medical professionals in Guatemala to facilitate the exchange of medical knowledge, organizes the transfer of special case patients to the US for care, and arranges shipments of supplies and medical equipment donated to hospitals in Guatemala.
