Blind Cat Rescue & Sanctuary, Inc. is a life time care shelter for blind, FIV & leukemia positive cats. We have cats from all over the country and have even had 2 that came from Kuwait. Many of our cats have had multiple placements. One we can document 5 homes before she came to us. Our cats are promised a forever home with us when they arrive. We take that promise very seriously.
