About
Arch Work of Wellness Inc, is a non-profit 501(c)3 / non-governmental organization- Federal Tax ID# 26-4544957 It's flagship program AWOW International Girls Leadership Initiative (AWOW) serves Ghana, Costa Rica, Trinidad & Tobago, India, Liberia, Nigeria and the United States. AWOW actively promotes multiculturalism, leadership, education, and innovation. AWOW mission is to improve the lives of young women through enhancing their knowledge, skills, and interest by providing for them a global platform, which fosters leadership development, innovative learning, and facilitate a cross-cultural exchange of ideas. The Staff and volunteers, who provide a range of services, including mentoring, coaching, leadership development, and social and economic programs, help achieve this mission. A-WOW goals are to effectively represent the full diversity of girls and women, through the expansion of access to leadership opportunities and the establishment of an enduring legacy of female-based organizations, businesses, and leadership globally.

Current projects
BENEFITING “AWOW LIGHT UP A SMILE” EMPOWERING COMMUNITIES GLOBALLY “AWOW Light Up A Smile” (ALUAS) are among the charitable programs and many ways that AWOW International Girls Leadership Initiative (AWOW) participates as an active participant in the communities where we serve. AWOW primary areas of focus are education, leadership, health, and human services. In partnership with La Fundación Curridabat, Clinica Dental Loma Verde, Club Rotario San Pedro Curridabat, LaCometa and Campbell & Williams Family Dental; AWOW formed a team of dentist, dental hygienist, and volunteers to assist in providing oral health education and services to the children in the barrios of Costa Rica. Members of Future Without Poverty - University of North Texas and Lewisville Morning Rotary Club will travel (courtesy of Southwest Airlines) to Curridabat, San Jose Costa Rica, The team will spend hours treating children who suffer from gum diseases, and poor dental hygiene. AWOW affiliate will also distribute Shelter Solar Kit for lighting and power source to families in remote areas of Costa Rica.
