Current projects
About 47% of babies born with Down's Syndrome also have a congenital heart defect. Many may need surgery within their first 6 months of life. Since 1988, Down's Heart Group has been providing individualised, personal, parent to parent support and information to families. Although constituted to work in the UK and Ireland, Down's Heart Group does whatever it can to support families from across the world by making it's information freely available via their website and accepting queries by email and social media.
