Pas à Pas avec Alexia est une association de lutte contre le syndrome de Smith Magenis qui a été créée en 2011 à l'initiative des parents d'Alexia dans le but de venir en aide aux familles touchées par ce syndrome. Bien que son siège soit situé en Bretagne, l'association a vocation à agir au niveau national et s'intéresse aux échanges internationaux. Les objectifs sont : Faire connaître le syndrome Aider les personnes et familles confrontées à cette maladie Participer financièrement à la recherche
