The fact that ALTERNATE belongs to the leading companies of its trade is consistently confirmed by customers and magazines alike. Through the years ALTERNATE was rated the best in various consumer magazines and can call itself now one of Germany's Top 10 E-Commerce companies. The voting of the print-readers of the PC Games Hardware earned ALTERNATE the first rank in the category hardware-consignor of the year 2014. While the year prior to this, the online readers voted for ALTERNATE as the winner in this category for the twelfth time in a row. Next to the title “hardware-consignor of the year” we were able to win awards like the FOCUS-MONEY-DEUTSCHLAND-test as well as the VICTOR 2014 and earned the TÜV-seal. ALTERNATE stood out as the winner of the big hotline-test 2015 organized by the magazine Chip. In the year 2016 we were nominated and awarded by Verbraucherwelt.de and the organization for consumer studies mbH in cooperation with N24 as test winner. In 2017 the award “highest trust” by Focus Money confirmed that ALTERNATE-customers are most pleased with the whole ordering process, from web shop till delivery. This was also assured by the IHK Gießen-Friedberg, who named us company of the year 2017 in the category commerce and services.
