Communities in Schools of North Carolina is fully committed to encouraging and motivating students not to drop out of school. The organization surrounds these at-risk students with support and examples of how well they can do in the future by staying in school. CISNC has the highest rate of graduates whereas many other schools have a high rate of dropout and focuses on providing students with the tools and moral support they can use to make a better future for themselves.
