Welcome to D.C.R A non profit small scale run rescue based in Ireland, Donegal who work to rehabilitate and rehome stray unwanted cats and kittens. We are a small rescue who works hard to make sure every cat is given the best chance to be rehomed, Rehabilitating and socialising each cat as well as providing essential vet care. TNR SPAY/CASTRATE CHIP our 3 main rescue rules to help reduce lost and reproduction of more unwanted cats in Ireland.
