Creating positive and innovative relationships between people and the environment so that both can remain healthy and beautiful is the aim of this non-profit organisation. The main areas that Friends of the Earth works on include climate change, environmental justice, economics and resources, nature, land, food, water and research. One of their current campaigns is an international climate campaign called 'run on the sun' which encourages schools to use solar power in order to increase energy efficiency and to save money. The 'bee cause' aims to make sure bees are protected. Raise funds for Friends of the Earth and you can help them to encourage others to protect our wonderful environment.
