W.I.R. is an international, non-governmental, politically independent, youth-led and non-profit organization, which was founded on the basic notion of global leadership development and networking. W.I.R. seeks to strengthen the professional profile and communication skills of its stakeholders and partners in order to broaden global understanding, promote innovation and international relations through public-private partnerships. All current projects are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In today’s globalized world, W.I.R. and its stakeholders develop their abilities to work with others who are equally motivated and passionate about the topics of debate and who are eager to respond to global concerns through innovative and strategically progressive solutions. Our main activities are the following: – Advocacy: creating & promoting impactful projects worldwide. – Networking: connecting people & fostering collaboration as well as the exchange of information. – Consultancy: innovative advisory on international relations & professional development, aligning with the SDGs. – Public-Private-Partnerships (PPPs): promotion and support of PPPs around the globe.

Laufende Projekte
We live in a World of International Relations. We do our best to align all of our activities with the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and we strive for progress and civic engagement. Some of our major projects are the following: – UNSA SPAIN: a spanish national federation of associations with the mission to create a network of cooperation between youth organizations engaged in the promotion of the UN’s values, including simulations of the UN system, training and the promotion of intercultural exchanges. We are one of the founding institutions. – ARORA: the first purpose-driven comprehensive platform designed for women business owners and their supporters. We promote this platform and #GenderEquity in Europe. – SPANISH YOUTH DELEGATION TO THE UN: this program – the UN Youth Delegate Programme – offers young people the opportunity to defend their rights and interests at the national and international level, actively participating in global and intergovernmental processes. We promote and support this initiative in Spain. – YOUTH EMPLOYMENT DECADE, SIGNATORY ENTITY: We signed the International Campaign for the Declaration of the Youth Employment Decade 2016-2025.
